Survey Support Ltd ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how it is handled, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, organisation, work email address, and any phone number, survey type, property volume, start date or message you choose to provide.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry about surveying services. We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell or share it with third parties other than our form processor, Web3Forms, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain business records, and delete it when it is no longer required.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact paul@nxnsurveying.com.
